Timframe for Returns: You have the time to initiate a return shipment 30 days after receiving your order.
Conditions for Return shipment:
- The items must be in original, unused condition and in the original packaging.
- A proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Exceptions:
- Intimate hygiene products, opened cosmetics and personalized items cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.
- Precious products, gift vouchers and downloadable software cannot be returned.
Products related to perfumes, aftershaves and other products that contain alcohol cannot be returned. In general, no product can be returned for reasons of odor.
Return process:
- Contact our customer service at hello@manandshaving.com to obtain a returnorization.
- Send the items to the specified address with the retourutorization.
Return shipping costs:The shipping costs for returns are for the account of the customer, except in the case of a defect or error on our part.
Return:
- After receipt and inspection of the returned article, we will inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund with regard to the specific article.
- Approved restitutions will be processed and credited within 10 days via your original payment method.
Restitution delay:
If you have not received your refund, check your account again and then contact customer service. The processing time of benches can vary.
Sales articles:Only items for the full price can be repaid. Final sales of sale items are not eligible for a refund.
Exchange:
We replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. To exchange an item, follow the return procedure and indicate what you want to exchange.
Gifts:
If the item is marked at the time of purchase if a gift and you have been sent directly to you, you will receive a voucher for the amount of your return shipment.
Insurance for valuable returns:For returns of more than € 75, we recommend using a tracking or insurance service to guarantee the safe receipt of your return shipment.
