Robust classic safety razor with open comb for double edge razor blades. The open comb is useful for shaving coarse heavy beard growth or when the beard hairs have reached a considerable length after a few weeks.
Open comb razors shave somewhat 'more aggressively' compared to the closed comb. Because the teeth of this razor are wide, it provides an even pressure distribution on the skin. This results in an efficient smooth shave but is not too aggressive.
What should you pay attention to when purchasing a safety razor?
Safety razors with a closed comb are the most common razors. Suitable for the beginner shaver and for shaving light to normal beard growth. Also suitable for sensitive skin.
