Product Information
This 'Smooth Operator' safety razor glides smoothly over the skin and shaves cleanly and comfortably. The convenient butterfly opening of this razor ensures safe and easy blade replacement. Extra-long handle for extra grip. Suitable for normal beard growth and sensitive skin.
The razor head has a closed comb. By twisting the handle, the butterfly mechanism opens, allowing easy insertion of the blade into the razor head. Suitable for beginner shavers.
The classic razor is making a comeback. It shaves more pleasantly, prevents ingrown hairs, and the blades are cheaper than modern expensive Gillette blades. It is also a sustainable and the most environmentally friendly razor.
What should you consider when buying a safety razor?
Safety razors with a closed comb are the most common razors. Suitable for beginner shavers and shaving light to normal beard growth. Also suitable for sensitive skin. Razors with an open comb shave a bit more directly or 'aggressively.' These are suitable for experienced shavers and shaving normal to heavy (coarse beard hair) beard growth. The razor with a butterfly opening has a light razor head and is suitable for light beard growth. With the safety razor with an adjustable razor head, the cutting angle of the double edge blade and the 'gap' (the opening of the razor head) can be adjusted. This allows you to tailor the level of 'aggressiveness' during shaving to your personal shaving technique. This type of razor is suitable for every type of beard growth or skin. Additionally, the weight of the razor also matters: a light razor for light beard growth; a heavy razor for normal to heavy beard growth.
Usage
First, lather the beard hairs well, hold the razor at an angle of about 30 degrees to the skin, press the blade lightly against the skin, and shave with the direction of the beard growth. For the neck area, pull the skin taut with the other hand.

Just shaved with this knife and what a great knife it is! It is perfect for me in terms of weight and the slightly longer handle has just a little more control. The blades that are there do their job well. Soon I will try sharper blades. Highly recommended !!
