Top quality classic safety razor from Solingen. The sharpness level of the razor blade is adjustable with this razor. The razor has a closed comb. Suitable for normal to heavy beard growth.
With the chrome-plated rotary knob at the bottom of the handle, the angle of the razor blade can be easily adjusted. It has a total of 5 settings and thus 5 different shaving properties. Setting 1 is mild shaving and setting 5 has the most aggressive shaving property.
Many men prefer to shave with a classic razor. It shaves more comfortably, prevents ingrown hairs, and the razor blades are many times cheaper than modern razor blades.
What should you pay attention to when purchasing a safety razor?
Safety razors with a closed comb are the most common razors. Suitable for the beginner shaver and shaving light to normal beard growth. Also suitable for sensitive skin. First, lather the beard hairs well, hold the razor at an angle of about 30 degrees to the skin, press the blade lightly against the skin and shave with the direction of the beard hairs. For the neck area, pull the skin tight with the other hand.
Additional usage information
The top half of the razor head has a stripe on one side. The bottom half of the razor head has one small triangle. When screwing the top half onto the bottom half, the stripe must line up above the triangle. If you screw it on this way, setting 1 will align exactly with the marking at the bottom of the handle during tightening.
